IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and nsk8 ("nsk8", "the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the nsk8 platform at nsk8.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.
1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the nsk8 online gaming platform, including all games, betting products, promotional offers, payment facilities, and support services offered at nsk8.app and associated subdomains.
1.2 These Terms are supplemented by the nsk8 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may be published on the platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless a specific supplement expressly states otherwise.
1.3 nsk8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or participate in any real-money gaming activity on nsk8. This age restriction is strictly enforced and applies to all users regardless of jurisdiction.

3.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your nsk8 account. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 nsk8 is required by its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a copy of your MyKad, passport, or other government-issued identification — along with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of source of funds before withdrawal requests are processed or higher account limits are unlocked.
3.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. nsk8 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify nsk8 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4.1 All transactions on nsk8 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks).
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
4.3 nsk8 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which nsk8 bears no responsibility.
4.4 Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are ordinarily processed within 3–30 minutes depending on the payment method selected. nsk8 does not guarantee specific processing times where delays are caused by third-party payment systems, banking infrastructure maintenance, or fraud prevention reviews.
4.5 nsk8 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable regulatory obligations.
4.6 All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
5.1 nsk8 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to their specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion. In the absence of specific terms, the general provisions of this clause apply.
5.2 Bonuses are credited to your nsk8 account balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
5.3 nsk8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Players who attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, structured wagering, or coordinated syndicate play — will have bonus winnings forfeited and may have their accounts suspended.
5.4 Only one bonus offer may be active on an account at any given time unless the promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise.
6.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nsk8 platform:
6.2 Breach of any provision in this clause constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
7.1 All games offered on nsk8 are provided by licensed third-party software developers and are subject to those providers' individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface.
7.2 All random number generator (RNG) based games on nsk8 use certified RNG systems that have been independently audited and verified by accredited testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures reflect theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
7.3 Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical cards, roulette wheels, and other gaming equipment operated by trained studio dealers in real-time. nsk8 has no ability to influence live dealer outcomes.
7.4 In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the game server logs and records maintained by nsk8 and the relevant software provider shall be the definitive record of the outcome. nsk8's decision on disputed game outcomes, made in good faith based on available records, shall be final.

10.1 All content on the nsk8 platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, and written content — is the intellectual property of nsk8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the nsk8 platform without express written consent.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nsk8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to access, the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, data, or goodwill.
11.2 nsk8 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability, for which nsk8 accepts no liability.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit nsk8's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under nsk8's international gaming licence jurisdiction.
12.2 In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the nsk8 platform, you should first contact nsk8 customer support to seek resolution. nsk8 will make reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the customer support process, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism provided under nsk8's gaming licence authority.
13.1 nsk8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated via the platform and, where practicable, by notification to the registered email address associated with your account.
13.2 The current version of these Terms, as published on nsk8.app/terms-conditions, shall at all times be the operative version. Continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
